Business Decision Support Analyst (permanent role & associates)

We are looking to recruit a consultant and a number of associate Analysts to join our growing consultancy team. Leading and supporting in the delivery of projects within the UK public sector, the role will be delivered from either our Manchester or London office.

The Role
You will be interested in how to best deliver outcomes for our clients using a combination of analytical, business consultancy and project management skills. You will have a desire to work with the Public Sector.
Key skills / attributes
The successful candidate/s will have:
• MS Excel and Access modelling expertise.
• Have a good statistical understanding and a demonstrable track record of business analytics
• Ability to employ a broad range of analytical techniques and creative data solutions
• Pragmatic analytical skills, with a proven record of providing real insight to their current clients or customers.
• The desire to get involved with all aspects of business consultancy
• Good project management skills, producing deliverables that are timely, accurate, insightful and actionable
• Experience and appreciation of the differences between the Private and Public sector
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills - Fluency in English language is mandatory
