P21 Project Managers / Senior Project Managers - Construction (Healthcare Sector)

We are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager with construction experience in the Health sector.
The role will be delivered from CPC’s London office but may require travel as and when required to client offices throughout the UK.
Role
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and other third parties
• Actively contributing to business development by effectively developing relationships with new and existing clients and identifying opportunities for follow on work
• Lead projects and support and inspire team members to deliver exemplar outcomes
• Responsible for the day-to-day management and progression of specific projects managing the scoping, development and delivery of one or more projects.
Key skills / attributes
The successful candidate will:
• have extensive Healthcare experience working with NHS; in particular in decontamination, oncology units, theatre and ward refurbishments, intensive care units and laboratories.
• be a confident and clear communicator
• be capable of operating autonomously within predefined parameters
• be able to capture client requirements and scope and cost a project
• have knowledge and experience of Project planning
• be able to manage teams – both internal and client side
• have an understanding of the issues facing the Public Sector
• be Prince2 qualified or equivalent project management qualification
• have experience of NEC2/3 and have have working knowledge of P21
• have managed projects through RIBA stage C – L (minimum) / experience of working within the delivery stages of a project
• a qualification to degree level or equivalent ideally in Project Management, Construction or Civil Engineering
• be passionate about the job
Due to the complexity of projects the candidate is likely to have at least 5+ years experience in the health sector managing construction projects.
