What’s in it for You?
What you can expect from working with us – great rewards for great performance!
There are many ways in which we reward our people such as interesting projects, personal development, an open and trusting culture, shared values, sports and social events. However, we appreciate that these things don’t pay the bills so we offer attractive financial benefits.
Learning on the Job
At CPC you can expect to be coached and supported by your Manager on a regular and informal basis. We also have bi-annual performance appraisals which give you a formal opportunity of receiving and giving feedback as well as providing an avenue by which to document your progress on personal development and record your training needs. Knowledge transfer sessions held every 6 weeks provide for knowledge sharing and the chance to learn from your colleagues who will have different levels of knowledge and experience.
